SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT

Applications are available at State Mutual Stadium.  The Braves will conduct interviews with qualified applicants in late Feb / March preceding the season.  Some of the positions available include ushering, parking lot attendants, ticketing, food and beverage (servers, cooks, bartenders, clean-up, hostess, etc), audio/visual workers (camera operators), Braves Brigade (must dance and assist with nightly promotions) 

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

SUMMER INTERSHIPS

The Rome Braves Trainee Program is designed for applicants who are interested in pursuing a career in professional sports. The individuals who participate in each of our programs are paid, but are not entitled to benefits (i.e. insurance, vacation, etc.).

The Trainee Program with the Rome Braves is open to any qualified applicant who is a college student preferably at junior, senior, or a graduate student with at least a 2.8 GPA.  The Internship Program begins in late March and concludes at the end of the season.  There are two internships that begin in January. 

Specific areas in which an applicant many gain experience include Stadium Operations, Media Relations, and “Game Day” responsibilities.  Trainees in this program will be scheduled to work a specified number of hours per week, which may vary depending on department assignments.  Applications are accepted November – February each year.  Limited space is available.

• Personal statement explaining why you would like to work for the Rome Braves and why you think you would be an asset to our company. Applicants are encouraged to be creative in presentation. 
• Official college requirements.
